"Very disappointing service. When you have a claim you are abandoned and suddenly the knowledgeable Broker knows nothing, not your coverage, not procedures, washes her hands of you. Stay Away from State Farm Insurance coverage period, especially homeowners. They do not care for their insured, particularly the elderly. All the horror stories are true...be advised and avoid at all costs. They are NOT a good neighbor."

I met Jori (redacted) years ago as she was getting her office setup. I told her to let me know when she was up and running as I was looking to switch. Jori of course did reach out. I signed on and never looked back.
